Real Estate agents from all over the world asked Brad Korb questions about his business philosophy and secrets of success, receiving answers in a live on-line chat “webinar” in May hosted by Korb and Howard Brinton’s Star Power Club.
Brinton is famous in the real estate industry for his interviews with the most successful agents in the world. Korb was Brinton’s “Star of the Month” for May 2008, an honor which resulted in a CD interview with Korb, an article in Star Power’s magazine, and the on-line chat.
“There was intense interest in what a typical day is like for me,” Korb said. “People wanted to know how I set up my schedule and how I stick to it – a lot of agents have a plan, but they get off track. I was grateful to be able to share some of my knowledge with fellow Realtors from all over the U.S. and the world.”
Korb’s week is carefully and strategically planned to maximize his effectiveness for both his clients and his business. It’s also structured to allow for the all-important balance between business and personal needs, Korb said.
Korb titled his webinar “Smile and Dial your Way to the Top,” and spoke about the importance of the phone as a business tool.
“A phone can make you millions of dollars,” he told chat participants. “Follow-up and follow-through is one of the most important services you can provide a client. The phone is your vital tool for accomplishing that.”
